Free Zoom meetings, "Dieting Re-defined"
Join others for a 45-minute conversation about the way to lose weight joyfully and sustainably. Linda will present a topic that inspires positive change and then take questions. Participants can volunteer to be coached live. These will be offered twice/month at varied times so one could fit into your schedule!

Small-group Coaching
May 4 - July 20
This all-women very small group (3-6 participants) will provide the tools, support, and encouragement you need to reach your desired weight. We will meet weekly on Zoom, each Saturday from 10-11 a.m., to discuss how to build YOUR food plan, how to think long-term so the weight never comes back, and how to use your "why" as a motivating force. Other topics include: the truth about macros and your metabolism, your relationships with other members of your household around food, your new identity as you step into a thinner body, the role of exercise, and much much more!

Three-month Package: $1699
Includes 12 sessions, scheduled weekly over a three-month period, plus plenty of email messaging in between.
After the 12 sessions, you have the option to purchase another three-month package to continue on your healthy journey.
This arrangement allows for the support, consistency and accountability that make up the tried-and-true recipe for successful weight loss, maintenance, and peaceful eating.
This structure is meant to guarantee that you don’t quit on yourself before you’ve had a chance to experience some success! The hamster-wheel of dieting defeat has taught us to set the barre too high, feel disappointed in ourselves, and quit, only to search out the next “diet” down the road. Refuse to be a victim of this all-or-nothing thinking!

Standard session rate: $160/session
If you still feel uncertain about a commitment, this option allows you to experiment with coaching or to “ramp up” slowly. Or you may want a single session or two to get help with a very specific question. Or perhaps you are at your goal weight and want a few single sessions in which to create a game plan for maintaining that weight going forward.
If you begin at the per session rate, you are welcome to switch to the three-month package later.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone
and last 50 minutes.

You are an excellent coach, and I have really enjoyed our meetings. I have implemented many practical life hacks/tweaks, and have set some tangible goals; I am better off now than I was before our first session: more awareness of my habits, foods, fears, and I am closer to returning to work outside of the house (with a plan!)
