I help women in mid-life and beyond to lose weight permanently through low(er) carb living so that they can finally make peace with food!

I know that you are successful in many areas of your life but that the relationship with food presents some unique and tough challenges. I can help you access your natural intelligence, self-compassion, and self-discipline so that you can succeed in this area as well.

I do not provide a one-size-fits-all plan, but rather work with you to craft one that fits your actual life:  your schedule, your food preferences, your health needs, your activity level, your commitments, and your overall lifestyle. My gradual habit-change method will work for you, whether you prefer keto, paleo, vegan, or anything in between.

I will teach you the practical skills you need so you not only lose the weight but are prepared to keep it off for a lifetime. And most importantly, I can help you remove the emotional blocks that stand between you and the freest, most comfortable version of yourself.

All sessions are one-to-one, confidential, and conducted over Zoom at your convenience. I welcome English-speaking clients from anywhere in the U.S. and around the world!

Linda has been my source of community and support on a challenging weight loss journey.
